A Valet Attendant must be welcoming and have a pleasant personality in front of the guest. They must know how to properly communicate information and can handle guest concerns well. This position will also provide assistance to the guest in terms of vehicles, parking, and their carried stuff. Also, a Valet Attendant must possess good interpersonal skills while bringing extraordinary services on guest experience.

Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in shifting schedule
  • Ability to be resourceful, creative, and flexible
  • Ability to maintain excellent relations with staff, and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
  • Must be able to do multi-tasking and must be highly organized
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must have a Driver's License
