Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Procurement Officer for an on-site role located in Manila. The Procurement Officer will handle daily procurement tasks, including preparing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and sourcing quality goods and services. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing procurement data to optimize costs. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet project requirements efficiently and timely.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders and handling Purchasing processes
  • Strong skills in Procurement and Contract Negotiation to ensure value and optimal supplier agreements
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, costs, and data for informed decision-making
  • Knowledge of supply chain practices and familiarity with relevant procurement software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
