We are seeking a
freelance Graphic Designer
to design and develop sustainability and ESG reports. The role requires strong hands-on design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex data and narratives into engaging, professional, and visually consistent reports. The designer will be actively involved throughout the reporting process and must be available for face-to-face live editing and feedback sessions with the project team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Design & Development
    : Execute layout, typesetting, and visual design for sustainability reports in line with brand identity and reporting standards.
  • Data Visualization:
    Create clear, accurate, and visually compelling infographics, charts, and data-driven visuals.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with the Creative Director, content writers, and sustainability teams to translate text and data into polished, audience-friendly formats.
  • Live Editing Sessions
    : Attend scheduled in-person sessions for real-time design updates, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Brand Consistency
    : Ensure designs adhere to corporate visual identity guidelines and reflect the brand's credibility and professionalism.
  • File Management & Delivery
    : Prepare final, print-ready and digital formats of the report, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.

Expectations

  • Proven experience in editorial, publication, or corporate report design (sustainability or ESG reporting experience a strong advantage).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, infographics, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
  • Familiarity with sustainability/ESG reporting formats preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Must be available for face-to-face live editing and feedback sessions.
