Job description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct V&A, business communication, and soft skills training.
  • Assess communication levels using tools like Versant or AMCAT.
  • Design custom training materials for specific accounts.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
  • Support nesting and floor-level training sessions.
  • Track learning progress and post-training assessments.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Quality, and HR on training gaps.
  • Facilitate refresher courses and stay updated on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Senior Trainer in a BPO industry.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS).
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
