This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be working during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and provide updates on service status.
  • Utilize scheduling tools such as Workiz and Powerdispatch to optimize dispatch processes and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure proper routing and timely completion of service calls.
  • Track and monitor service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests within the CRM system.
  • Assist in managing invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions in a timely manner.
