About the Opportunity

Prisma International Corporation, a U.S.-based Language Service Provider (LSP), is seeking a Dispatch Operations Associate to join our growing remote team in the Philippines. This role involves handling dispatch, sourcing, admin needs, and related operational support but is not limited to those areas. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and reliable, with a strong desire to contribute to daily operational success. You'll be part of a global, fast-paced team that values professionalism, trust, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and dispatch interpreters for client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support interpreter sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, sourcing activities, and other operational requirements as assigned.
  • Communicate with clients and interpreters through phone, text, email, and online platforms.
  • Monitor interpreter availability, assignments, and client requests daily.
  • Maintain accurate records using , Salesforce, Dropbox, and similar tools.
  • Provide customer support and ensure all dispatch operations follow company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Who Can Apply

  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience.
  • Experience in dispatch, call center, BPO operations, or coordination roles is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online communication tools (email, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection, personal computer or laptop, and a quiet home workspace.
  • Willing to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Contract Terms & Work Arrangement

  • This is an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • The engagement covers approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Work is performed remotely using your own equipment and internet connection.

Compensation & Perks

  • Monthly service fee: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience).
