About the role

Lufthansa Technik Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in our offices in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's strategic initiatives and supporting the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
  • Conduct process and workflow analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies and project plans to support decision-making
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements from stakeholders
  • Document and communicate business requirements, process flows and system design specifications
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new IT systems and applications
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in process improvement, business analysis and requirements gathering methodologies
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as MS Office, Visio, and Jira
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is an advantage
