Job Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles across the organization. This role requires strong sourcing capability, basic to intermediate knowledge of Boolean search, experience in tech and non-tech hiring, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to ensure timely, quality hires aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring endorsement.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and quality standards.- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct proactive and aggressive sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Utilize basic to intermediate Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support hiring for both technical roles (developers, QA, IT, data, product) and corporate roles (HR, finance, operations, support).
- Perform initial candidate screening to assess experience, technical fundamentals, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS or tracking system.- Provide regular recruitment updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing.- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Familiarity with technical roles and basic technical screening.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and recruitment tools is preferred.
