  • Perform system checks and diagnostics on components to verify functionality.
  • Respond to minor faults and equipment malfunctions.
  • Report and escalate technical issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, system status, and incidents/issues encountered.
  • Keep work areas clean and free from any obstructions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve issues and complete projects.
  • Adhere to security protocols, data privacy regulations, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational course graduate or holder of any IT-related certification.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in using tools, cleaning equipment, diagnostic devices, and mobile gadgets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Amenable to work in Paranaque & Makati

Skills:

  • Experience handling IT/network equipment, including:
  • IP devices
  • Photocopying machines
  • Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
  • Service kiosks
  • Interactive advertising display panels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
