Join Account Ventures Inc (AVI), the company behind the operations of BOK Korean Fried Chicken, one of the fastest growing quick service restaurants in the Philippines, as we search for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will support and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The role covers both hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, and management of communication and technical assets across our head office and branches.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

·       Set up, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 accounts, email, and user access.

·       Perform data backup, recovery, and file management.

·       Maintain and troubleshoot company devices including laptops, desktops, cellphones, and printers.

·       Support and troubleshoot branch hardware including POS systems and related equipment.

·       Install, reboot, reset, and update systems as needed.

·       Ensure IT assets are properly inventoried, updated, and maintained.

·       Coordinate with vendors for repairs or technical support when necessary.

·       Implement IT best practices to ensure security and efficiency

Qualifications:

·       At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related role.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.

·       Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

·       Familiarity with POS systems and branch-level technical support.

·       Ability to manage multiple IT and communication assets.

·       Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Willingness to provide on-site and remote support as needed.
