Marketing Assistant

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating and managing visual communications, digital marketing, and publicity materials to support the Club's branding, promotions, and events. This role also assists in event coordination, public relations, and customer service to ensure effective communication and high-quality member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visual communications including advertisements, branding materials, publicity content, and magazine layouts.
  • Develop illustrations, conceptualize artworks, and design promotional materials for Club events and advisories.
  • Support public relations activities and assist in organizing events.
  • Plan, conceptualize, and implement Club projects and events.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of announcements across all communication channels (social media, email blasts, SMS, website, LFD, and bulletin boards).
  • Draft, design, and layout posters, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collect photos and articles, and coordinate approvals before publishing newsletters.
  • Monitor and record daily notices for reference.
  • Assist in marketing trust, event support, and customer service activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe design tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can do hosting and basic photography.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Portfolio submission is encouraged (if applicable).
