ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionDevelop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for the project. Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to identify quality requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify construction activities. Identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures. Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in construction projects. Knowledge of quality standards, construction methods, and materials.

Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, testing methods, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
