Job Description:

  • Prepare food ingredients, mixes, and recipes according to company standards.
  • Cook and assemble food items ensuring proper taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and handle cash or POS transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standares, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and restrooms following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints and escalate issues when
  • necessary.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards in all tasks.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the assistant manager or manager.

Working Schedule: 6x a week. Time schedule is based on mall operation.
