Timekeeper/Warehouseman

Position Summary

The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking, recording, and verifying employee work hours to ensure proper payroll processing. This role supports HR, payroll, and operational teams by maintaining precise attendance records, monitoring schedule adherence, and resolving hourly discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and weekly time records for all employees.
• Verify attendance, absences, overtime, and schedule changes.
• Review and approve time entries before submission to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and union requirements (if applicable).
• Communicate with supervisors to correct missing or inaccurate time entries.
• Monitor clock-in/clock-out activity and investigate irregularities.
• Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll and management review.
• Assist employees with timecard questions, corrections, and system access issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee records.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR or administrative training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with timekeeping or HRIS software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, SAP, QuickBooks Time).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws (preferred).

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
