Job Function:

  • Ensures all forms, permits, and attachments comply with company standards and government requirements.
  • Monitors acknowledgment, approval, and release of submitted documents.
  • Skilled in professional email communication and documentation notes.
  • Keeps up-to-date with changes in processing rules and requirements.
  • Prioritizes urgent and time-sensitive documents to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Acts as the liaison officer between internal teams and government agencies such as PEZA and BOC.
  • Handles pre-shipment coordination, such as validating shipping instructions, product classification, and regulatory requirements.
