You will empower clients to become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, resulting in cost reduction, revenue growth, enhanced customer satisfaction, and positive front-end business impact. In this consulting role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, build, and implement initiatives that improve business performance. Your responsibilities will include:Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their marketing goals, business processes, and pain points.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable SFMC strategies. Provide expert guidance on SFMC best practices, capabilities, and potential solutions. Design and architect robust and scalable multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys using SFMC tools

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. Your experience counts A seasoned professional with years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in a consulting or implementation role.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, email marketing best practices, and customer journey design. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
