Job Summary
As a Technology Operations Analyst in our team, you will deliver solutions that enhance productivity for global clients. You will build strong relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective production support. Working alongside motivated colleagues, you will develop innovative approaches to resolve challenges and uphold our commitment to excellence. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver technology solutions that address client needs and drive business productivity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate problem diagnosis
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
- Provide production support while maintaining security and operational standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes
- Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Creative thinking and initiative to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
- Ability to identify problems and communicate strategic solutions to clients
- Working knowledge of incident management, technical problem resolution, and operations systems
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Security
- Strong desire to learn and develop professionally
- Effective collaboration skills to achieve common goals with team members and clients
- Good knowledge of Windows and MAC OS with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a technology operations or support role
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
