Non-Negotiable:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT support
  • Average to good communications skills

Qualifications:

  • Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
  • Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
  • Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and IT practices, including familiarity with hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Experience in System Administration to maintain and manage IT infrastructure.
  • Competency in providing prompt and effective Help Desk Support to end-users.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate technical information effectively.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field is preferred.
