Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing visually appealing, on-trend products from concept through production, including planners, stickers, paper goods, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with fellow designers and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure that final files are prepared accurately and delivered on time. This position also involves trend research, brainstorming, and supporting production with properly managed and finalized design assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Resize Big/Mini/Classic planners for Final Design
  • Finish Organized Planners for Final Design
  • Resize SVPs from Classic to Big/Mini for Final Design
  • Complete BYOP pass offs by transferring designs into BYOP templates and adding divider backsides for Final Design
  • Utilize graphic design skills to produce visually pleasing, trend-forward products from conception to production (planners, stickers, paper goods, accessories)
  • Research design trends, gather inspiration, and actively brainstorm ideas with fellow designers
  • Create digital assets for mock-ups, look-books, and sales collateral
  • Finalize files for production pass off with accurate treatments, notes, and file management for production artists
  • Manage assigned projects using Lytho PM software, including task closure, project status updates, and disc color callouts
  • Partner with the production/compliance team to resolve issues when necessary
  • Maintain communication by managing emails, notifications, and updates in work-related applications
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, escalating questions, challenges, or delays to the Assistant Design Director and Creative Operations Manager
  • Check FTP periodically for outside artist files, print and review uploaded designs, make necessary edits, and prepare files for production
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • 1 years of experience in a design role at a creative agency, design firm, or in-house creative team preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
  • MacOS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of product design and brand identification a plus
  • Familiarity with Project Management software preferred
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management software preferred
