A. Admissions Operations
- Supervise the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry, application, evaluation, testing/interviews, to enrollment.
- Review and verify submitted documents for authenticity, completeness, and compliance with institutional requirements.
- Oversee admission testing schedules, interview arrangements, and coordination with academic departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely encoding of student information into the school's database or Student Information System (SIS).
- Implement and monitor adherence to admission policies, criteria, and guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, parents, and partner institutions through various channels (email, phone, social media, walk-ins).
- Provide orientation and guidance on admission procedures and requirements.
- Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Admission Assistants, Coordinators, and frontline staff.
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Conduct training and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly admissions statistics and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support the implementation of recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with institutional targets.
- Prepare reports for management on inquiries, applications, conversions, and enrollment trends.
- Maintain secure, confidential, and organized student records.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Registrar, Guidance, and Academic Units to ensure a seamless admissions-to-enrollment experience.
- Participate in school events such as orientations, open houses, career fairs, and marketing activities.
- Recommend improvements to optimize admissions procedures and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to DepEd, CHED, TESDA, and institutional policies related to admissions and student records.
- Safeguard confidential information in compliance with Data Privacy Act standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of work experience in admissions, registrar, customer service, or academic administration.
- With supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in student information systems (SIS) or enrollment platforms
- Leadership and people-handling skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
