Duties and Responsibilities:

· Providing support to the accounting department by creating and editing financial documents.

· Organizing bookkeeping process of the company.

· Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies.

· Preparing monthly payroll for employees.

· Ensuring that premium contributions are remitted on time.

· Processing of BIR tax remittances.

· Suggesting improvement in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs.

· Interprets and apply accounting policies, rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

· Drafting, preparing and compiling financial and statistical statements, reports and summaries.

· Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any 4-year related course.

· Professional license, Certified Public Accountant is a plus but not required.

· With more than 2 years work related experience.

· Excellent in computation, with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to details.

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

· Ability to work independently on assigned duties.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

· Advance knowledge on Xero, QuickBooks or other accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
