• Do a regular analysis of day-to-day flow of stores


• Do the forecasting of items for product planning for various seasons


• Prepare accurate sales reports to Management


• Plan and manage the stores' budgets


• Audit inventory levels of POS items and merchandising materials


• Take a lead role in building a strong sales management culture


• Set sales targets and customer service index for all stores


• Has full P&L accountability for all stores


• Empowered to make decisions on all aspects of retail trade sales and operations within the guidelines set by the company


• Involved in the strategy development of the retail trade by participating in the decision-making process for new initiatives, projects, policies and procedures


• Hire, train, and oversee new staff requirements


• Other tasks as assigned
