QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any Management related course.
  • Strong Technical software skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
  • Demonstrate ability to present, discuss, and at times defend views effectively through formal, informal, written, and spoken communication.
  • Demonstrate professional skepticism, professional judgment, and ability to withstand and resolve conflicts.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize workloads.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform inventory audits for stores, processing plants, commissaries and business center.
  • Conduct process documentation review for specifically assigned audit areas.
  • Communicate audit findings to Operations Management to accurately report results.
  • Review and edit inventory audit procedures, checklists and reports.
  • Effectively use Audit tools and resources within assigned areas.
  • Partner with Operations management and Operations Efficiency and Services Unit as needed to provide information necessary to meet inventory standards.
