Best Tools is hiring an Officer-in-Charge for our Naga Cebu branch

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Officer-in-Charge to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage store performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels with accuracy.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address concerns.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding store sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or a related course.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiar with inventory control and customer service practices.

Additional Requirement:

  • Must be willing to attend training in Manila.
