Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will source agent candidates using different sourcing platforms
  • To conduct resume screening for all possible candidates
  • To help with pre-screening and initial interviewing
  • Possible to join job fair and/or external events whenever deemed necessary
  • May help assist candidates on their process until job offer and onboarding
  • Must perform job profiling depending on the hiring requirement

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a college graduate of any course
  • With strong verbal and written communication skills; should have thorough organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer applications. (MS based applications; Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to start ASAP
