Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight inquiries, reservations, and bookings.
  • Modify, rebook, or cancel existing flight reservations.
  • Process payments and issue e-tickets accurately.
  • Provide customer support for travel concerns, policies, and requirements.
  • Ensure accurate passenger information and deliver quality customer service.
