About the role

A field auditor is responsible for traveling to company sites, investigating issues, and making risk assessments for organizations.

  • Conduct physical store inventory particularly but not limited to:

  • Store with no assign promodiser especially in specific account (Stocking, defective, and valuation)

  • Store with inventory variances

  • Stores that were computed as over stock

  • Conduct the following checking / validation: display area, item packaging, actual rental, display of items and promotion

  • Review inventory reports and spot discrepancies and errors
  • Document findings and supporting documents
  • Communicate findings to Inventory Control Manager and suggest corrective actions
  • Formulate incident report
  • Formulate and document audit process
  • Prepare itinerary and expenses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another closely related field.
  • With experience in a retail industry particularly in hardware
  • An understanding of basic audit techniques and accounting principles is preferred
  • Computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills
  • Well organized and reliable
  • Willing to do fieldwork everyday (Store visit from time to time within NCR)
  • Ok to work in Saturday Schedule
  • 80% Fieldwork; 20% Office Based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
