The GM will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational management across all departments, including Production, Quality Control, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, and Human Resources. The role requires balancing day-to-day operational management with long-term strategic planning to strengthen the company's competitive position in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive management experience in construction materials, ready-mix concrete, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, sales management, and fleet/maintenance management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
