Join a dynamic finance team delivering high-quality reporting solutions across statutory, regulatory, and ESG domains. As a Business Analyst, you'll work in a cross-functional squad to analyze complex finance processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support change initiatives that drive transparency, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze and document business, process, data, and risk requirements
  • Translate stakeholder needs into functional and IT solution designs
  • Support backlog refinement, user story creation, and roadmap planning
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and business cases
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable solutions
  • Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and validation plans
  • Create training materials and work instructions for end users
  • Promote best practices, reusability, and continuous improvement
  • Capture lessons learned and share knowledge across teams
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in finance or reporting
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and process management principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data modeling and impact analysis
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
