DUTIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises, pantry, comfort rooms, and common areas.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing office supplies and equipment.
  • Support company events, meetings, and activities by preparing and arranging materials, equipment, or refreshments.
  • Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, organizing work areas, or basic handyman work.
  • Provide logistical support in moving, loading, and unloading company items as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and sanitation policies.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisors or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in utility, housekeeping, or messenger-related work.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may involve lifting and carrying.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and adapt to multi-tasking duties.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Willing to work flexible hours if required.
