We are looking for a Reports Analyst/Matter Mobility Steward who will be responsible for managing data transfers, ensuring compliance with firm-wide governance policies, and supporting global stakeholders in maintaining secure and efficient data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Citrix to manage user requests, access, and system-related tasks.
  • Enforce data governance policies by identifying, classifying, and managing data in alignment with firm rules and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and users, ensuring effective communication and seamless data handling processes.
  • Apply analytical and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Support continuous improvements in data mobility processes to optimize efficiency and minimize risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's graduate in any courses.
  • With a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Citrix.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders across global teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices, with the ability to apply firm policies to data classification and retention.
  • Amenable to work in Makati.
  • Hybrid setup (3x a week), Morning shift.
