Role Purpose

Position Objectives

  • Produce high-quality digital and print materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Interpret and deliver creative briefs from the Senior Creative Manager and marketing team.
  • Maintain a well-organized, accessible library of creative assets to ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Ensure all creative outputs reinforce brand identity and meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

  • Interpret and execute design briefs aligned with brand direction, working independently where required.
  • Serve as a visual brand guardian, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop impactful creative assets for:

  • Digital: Web graphics, eDMs, paid media, social content, motion design, UI/UX.

  • Print: Brochures, flyers, manuals, POS materials, packaging, event displays.
  • Other: Ad hoc creative requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Edit and retouch images to meet quality and visual standards.

Brief Execution & Collaboration

  • Manage and prioritize design requests from the Senior Creative Manager and marketing team.
  • Create campaign assets that align with marketing objectives and user journey stages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce brand-aligned materials for campaigns and product launches.

Asset Management

  • Save, name, and structure all final creative files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Keep the digital and print asset library organized for internal use.
  • Prepare and format assets for various platforms and applications.

Brand & Quality Control

  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and technical requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of design consistency that reflects the brand's premium positioning.
  • Partner with teams to deliver visually strong assets that support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

  • 5-10 years' experience in graphic and/or digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with Figma for UI/UX and Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion/video.
  • Solid background in both digital and print design.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

  • Ability to create custom illustrations and iconography.
