What You'll Be Doing

  • Help the Store Supervisor run smooth day-to-day operations in the restaurant
  • Guide and support the team during your shift to ensure great service and food quality
  • Set a good example by consistently delivering top-notch service and following company guidelines
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, coaching new hires, and giving performance feedback
  • Respond to customer concerns quickly and with care to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Keep an eye on stock levels, help manage orders, and work to reduce food waste
  • Make sure cleanliness and food safety practices are followed at all times
  • Handle cash, make sure registers are balanced, and follow proper money-handling steps
  • Support sales efforts by encouraging team members to suggest menu items and promotions
  • Take charge when the Store Supervisor or Manager isn't available

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate of Hospitality, Business, or any related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant leadership role is a big plus
  • Someone who enjoys leading a team and helping others grow
  • Friendly, confident, and a great communicator
  • Able to stay calm and focused even during busy hours
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with POS or cashiering systems
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Has a basic understanding of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
