Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial tools, equipment, and systems. This role is essential in ensuring our store operations and customer service run smoothly by providing expert technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial tools, power equipment, and related machinery.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports using basic computer systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards.
  • Assist team members when needed and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an industrial tools technician or similar role.
  • Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy tools/equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Good problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirement:

Applicants must be open to attending a one-week technical training session in Metro Manila.
