About the role

Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time role will be based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the overall marketing strategy for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Overseeing the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both locally and nationally
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads
  • Monitoring and reporting on key sales and marketing metrics to measure performance
  • Ensuring the sales and marketing activities align with the company's overall business objectives

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
