Assistant Marketing and Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales strategies. This position plays a vital role in driving brand visibility, strengthening market positioning, and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in both marketing and sales operations, preferably within the construction or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead both long-term strategic planning and short-term tactical execution
  • Conduct market analysis and performance reviews to refine strategy and improve ROI

2. Brand Marketing & Positioning

  • Lead brand identity efforts and ensure consistent branding across all platforms
  • Supervise creation and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including digital, print, and media materials
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, creatives, and marketing partners

3. Sales Leadership & Management

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Assign accounts and monitor territory performance
  • Guide client presentations, project pitches, and sales strategies
  • Manage pricing negotiations in alignment with company policies

4. Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders
  • Lead co-branding and sponsorship initiatives to broaden market reach
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

5. Community Building & Customer Engagement

  • Foster brand advocacy through both online and offline engagement
  • Organize events, forums, and community initiatives to enhance brand relationships
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction

6. Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization

  • Track marketing and sales performance using defined KPIs
  • Monitor payment schedules and project collection efficiency
  • Recommend team incentives and disciplinary actions where necessary
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for department operations
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in both marketing and sales
    • Preferably with experience in the construction, development, or similar industry
    • Demonstrated success in brand building, revenue generation, and team leadership
