About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Engineer – Data Integration
to support ongoing cloud and data initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, automating workflows, and ensuring secure and efficient data movement across cloud environments. The successful candidate will work with a global team and contribute to large-scale enterprise data operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    data integration pipelines
    across AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Deploy and manage
    cloud-based services
    supporting data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, and data storage.
  • Implement
    Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
    for automated and repeatable deployment of cloud resources.
  • Automate operational tasks and data workflows using
    Python, PowerShell, Bash
    , or other scripting languages.
  • Utilize monitoring and log aggregation tools to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Provide
    root-cause analysis
    and long-term fixes for complex data and cloud-related incidents.
  • Implement and enforce
    security controls and best practices
    in cloud environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure reliable delivery of data services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 4 years
    of professional experience in cloud operations, data pipelines, or cloud-based data integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Infrastructure-as-Code tools
    and automation frameworks.
  • Strong scripting skills with
    Python, PowerShell, Bash
    , or similar languages.
  • Experience using monitoring/log tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of data and cloud security best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to ETL tools, data warehouse solutions, or data lake architecture.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
