  • Validates reported breakdowns and maintenance tasks and coordinates with authorized personnel and supervisors
  • Inspects assigned machines and reports on condition, safety hazards, sanitation, and environmental concerns
  • Attends daily maintenance start-up and planning meetings
  • Performs assigned corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily and weekly basis
  • Carries out scheduled improvement or development projects
  • Leads or works with a team on continuous improvement goals and key performance indicators
  • Coordinates with users and project teams to plan and schedule improvement or development projects including scope and sketches
  • Participates in continuous improvement of processes, equipment, facilities, and maintenance systems
  • Records and reports job status, diagnostics, and action plans daily
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Requests materials, parts, or equipment and ensures specifications and standards are met
