JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The job of an Team Leader involves directing, organizing, motivating and leading a sales team to achieve or exceed account-specific sales targets as well as ensure the profitability and growth of the Company's business.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least a year of working experience in the coffee and beverages industry as Team Leader
  • Capable of writing reports, procedures and basic business correspondences.
  • Must be confident and authoritative speaker with strong sales presentation skills
  • Must have the ability to communicate with people at all levels and with strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be result oriented, able to work on own initiative and as part of team.
  • Must have well-built skills in organization, prioritization and excellent time management.
  • Must be of sound health, willing to work on long shifts, weekends or holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
