Job Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for the P&L and growth of assigned product lines. This role sets the strategic direction for product go-to-market initiatives and works cross-functionally to generate revenue, maintain competitiveness, and deliver outstanding value to customers.


Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Ensure Sales can effectively sell the product; support in crafting proposals and closing deals.
  • Product SME / Pre-Sales Support: Conduct client presentations with Sales and serve as the subject-matter expert.
  • Product Viability & Roadmap: Maintain product competitiveness through pricing, offering definition, roadmap planning, and innovation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee delivery operations affecting product P&L.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Position the product in the market; generate passive and active leads; manage telemarketing; develop product decks and sales materials.
  • Product Portfolio Expansion: Launch new viable products as additional revenue streams.
  • Partner Management: Manage third-party partners, principals, and vendors related to the product.
  • Sales Enablement: Conduct product training for the Sales team.
  • Product Strategy: Lead end-to-end product strategy and direction.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in Product Management.

  • Strong background in B2B and B2B2C product marketing.

  • Exposure to IT-related products/services is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills.
