We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to serve as our onsite company doctor during night hours. Based at our Filinvest Northgate campus in Alabang, you will be the primary medical professional responsible for managing employee health concerns, emergencies, and preventive care during the night shift.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate medical evaluation and treatment for employees experiencing illness or injuries during night hours.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise treatment plans, and coordinate diagnostic tests or referrals as needed.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, administer first aid, and arrange external medical transfers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, consult records for fit-to-work clearances, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Liaise with company leadership and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) team to support workplace health policies, occupational health programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Administer pre-employment medical exams, annual physical exams, and follow up as needed for employee wellness reviews.
  • Provide health education and counseling on preventive care, stress management, and night-shift health adaptation

Required Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid PRC registration and active
  • license in good standing.
  • Certification in Occupational Medicine (e.g., BCOM)—or ability to complete
  • within a specified timeframe.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience; prior experience in emergency
  • medicine, urgent care, occupational health, or night-duty roles is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making ability, resilience under pressure, and excellent
  • clinical judgment in urgent settings.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills—capable of working with
  • employees, safety staff, and management.
  • Competence with health record systems and medical documentation
  • protocols.
