Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and engineering team in developing complete PV system designs (DC & AC sides)

Oversee and approve system sizing, energy yield simulations, and layout plans using tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, or Solarius PV

Develop and maintain solar design templates, checklists, and engineering standards

Validate technical specifications and BOQs for project costing and procurement

Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), NEC, IEC, and local permitting requirements

Coordinate with sales, project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project timelines

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers

Participate in client presentations and technical discussions as needed

Review and sign-off on as-built plans, system performance reports, and final design packages

Stay updated on solar technologies, design trends, and relevant regulations

Electrical Engineer (PRC) in the Philippines

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PV system design and engineering

Strong qualifications:

Licensed Eexpertise in solar software tools: AutoCAD, PVSyst, SketchUp, Solarius PV, etc.

In-depth knowledge of PEC, IEC standards, and local interconnection regulations

Proven leadership or team management experience in engineering or design roles

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skill

Familiarity with grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid solar system designs (including battery storage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php40,000.00 per month
