Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Voluntary interns are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Encode and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and account balances.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting files and records.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents for auditing and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
