We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will accept restaurant reservations, calls, and inquiries from guests for all the F&B outlets, ensure smooth coordination between the different departments / sections within the Food and Beverage Division and facilitate the activities of the different shifts and sections; to ensure efficient flow in all transactions geared towards individual guest satisfaction.

Key accountabilities

  • Performs services, mainly concerning reply letters on guest inquiries and delayed charges, Frequent Flyer concerns, sending of fax and other guest correspondences, internal mail.
  • Ensures proper and efficient distribution of inter-departmental and external mail.
  • Monitors / prepares Request for Check Payment of hotel obligations to suppliers/clients
  • Ensures availability of all Food and Beverage Admin supplies.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the F&B Admin office and DOFB.  Assists in Food and Beverage operations when necessary.

General Requirements

  • College graduate, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Infrasys Micros and Opera
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as an outlet receptionist.
  • Pleasing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
