Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service by taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate must have a neat and professional appearance, a pleasing personality, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor tables regularly to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and issue receipts with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or Senior High School graduate
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance with a pleasing personality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be courteous, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
