  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Male or Female
  • Resident of Lapaz area or willing to stay/relocate to Lapaz.
  • At least 5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in the agriculture, manufacturing, or rural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and agricultural work environments.
  • Excellent in interpersonal communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Must be hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Willing to travel to farm sites or remote locations as needed.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog or other local dialects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Plan and execute recruitment for seasonal and regular staff (farm workers, drivers, technicians, and office staff).

2. Employee Relations

  • Address labor concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and labor laws.

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Ensure compliance with government benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leaves, attendance, and overtime.

4. Training and Development

  • Coordinate safety, compliance, and skills-based training for farm and office employees.
  • Support supervisors in delivering on-the-job training.
  • Identify workforce development needs and create development plans.

6. Performance Management

  • Implement performance evaluations and monitor productivity.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.

7. HR Administration

  • Manage manual tracking systems for employee data.
  • Monitor contract expiration, end-of-contract processing, and clearance procedures.
