Role Summary

We are seeking a top-performing high-ticket medical salesperson experienced in handling complex patient decisions. This role focuses on converting qualified inquiries into booked consultations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound medical sales calls

Educate patients on procedures, pricing, and next steps

Address objections related to cost, fear, and timing

Book qualified consultations and follow-ups

Accurately document calls and outcomes in GoHighLevel

Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, consultative tone

Requirements

Proven experience in high-ticket medical or healthcare sales

Comfortable handling price-sensitive and trust-based conversations

Strong communication and empathy skills

Disciplined with CRM documentation and follow-ups

Preferred

Experience in eye surgery, aesthetics, dental, or elective procedures

Prior experience working with appointment-based medical services
