Seasonal Dishwasher

Duties and Responsibilities

• Washing and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Organization and Storage: Ensure the proper drying, sorting, and organized storage of all clean items so they are readily available for kitchen and service staff.
• Kitchen Clean-Up: Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down work surfaces, and taking out the trash and recycling.
• Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine and related stations daily, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Stock and Inventory: Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking supplies, and monitoring trash cans during shifts to prevent overflow.
• Support: Provide support to the kitchen and service teams with basic food preparation, bussing tables, or other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and food sanitation standards and protocols to maintain a hygienic work environment.
