  • Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes to order, ensuring precision, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Select and prepare fresh fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients in accordance with restaurant standards. Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Cook, season, and prepare sushi rice, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Design aesthetically pleasing sushi plates, ensuring each dish is visually appealing and meets the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sushi station and adhere to all food safety standards and regulations. Regularly sanitize surfaces and equipment.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sushi orders to customers.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff, including chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: From Php14,820.00 per month
