Job Description

General Duties:

  • Ensure that the office premises are kept clean and orderly on a daily basis.
  • Provide assistance with general administrative and logistical tasks as may be assigned.
  • Handle and coordinate external work-related responsibilities, including submitting and retrieving documents with government offices,
  • service providers, and business partners.
  • Conduct canvassing of items, secure price quotations, and purchase approved items as required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper documentation.

Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a relief driver in the absence of the assigned driver, ensuring continuity of transport operations.
  • Safely transport staff to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other company-related items as required.
  • Maintain an accurate travel log, including work hours, travel times, and destinations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure the proper upkeep of the company vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.

Job Qualification:

  • Valid professional driver's license (B2), Vehicle Category Code N1 (Vans, jac prince) with a clean record.
  • At least 2 years of driving/liaison experience.
  • Knowledgeable of local routes, traffic rules, and government transactions.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and able to handle confidential documents.
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours if required.
